Return of goods


Dear customers, due to the maximum workload of the carriers, there may be a delay in the delivery of the returned goods to our warehouse. Please be patient, all returns will be processed with the highest priority. Thank you for your understanding.


Dear customer, have you received a shipment from us and you do not like the size? Does the product not suit you or do you want to file a claim?

If you return or claim the goods, please send them to us in the identical condition in which they were delivered to you, undamaged, preferably in the original packaging with the original labels. Send it back by  registered post, not cash on delivery. Before sending, please fill out our form below.


If you want to return the goods or withdraw from the contract, please send it unworn, if possible in the original packaging, preferably with original tags within 60 days of delivery. Properly packaged, send it back by mail, by registered mail, not cash on delivery.

The goods cannot be returned in person at the given address.

Procedure for filling in the form:

1. Enter the 8-digit order number and e-mail address you used in your order. Click CONFIRM

2. You will see a new page where you will find the billing and shipping address.

- Below this you will find a window for entering the account number. This information is required.

- Once you have filled in this information, mark the goods you want to return and select the reason for the return below it.

- Write your comments on the return of the goods in the note.


INFO: Underwear for hygienic reasons cannot be returned.
